These Terms of Service govern your use of Aiprobase (aiprobase.com), operated by AIPROBASE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17129821).
By creating a profile or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aiprobase. By creating an account or profile, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are creating a profile on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Aiprobase profiles are public by design. When you publish a profile, the information you provide becomes accessible to anyone — including search engines, AI agents, and third-party crawlers. This is the core function of the platform. Do not publish information you do not want to be publicly available.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information in your profile. By publishing a profile, you confirm that:
By publishing a profile, you grant AIPROBASE LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, publish, convert, and distribute your profile data in all formats we provide: HTML, JSON-LD, Markdown, and llms.txt. This licence is necessary to operate the service and terminates when you delete your profile.
You may not publish profiles that contain or promote:
We reserve the right to remove any profile that violates these terms without notice or refund.
Creating a profile is free. Free profiles include Sections 1–6. Free profiles are published, publicly accessible and openly crawlable, and marked as Unverified. Active submission to search indexes (sitemap inclusion and IndexNow notifications) is included in the Verified tier.
Verified profiles are available for $25 per year. Verification unlocks Sections 7–11 (AI Search Optimisation, Pricing and Offers, Delivery and Operations, Authority and Network, FAQ) and a Verified badge.
After payment, verification begins immediately. Your profile is then manually reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours and no longer than 3 business days. Verification is carried out through one of two paths: (a) checking your business registration number against publicly available official registries, or (b) reviewing your documented online presence — website, professional profiles, social accounts, reviews, or portfolio — as described on our About page.
Verification confirms that the evidence provided — a registry record or documented online presence — is consistent with the information in your profile. It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality, reliability, or legality of your business or services.
Verified profiles renew automatically each year via Lemon Squeezy using your saved payment method. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before renewal and again 7 days before.
If your payment fails, your profile reverts to the Free tier: it remains published but without Verified sections and badge, and is marked as Unverified. Your data from Sections 7–10 is retained and restored automatically if payment is successfully processed.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
The current Verified tier price is $25 per year. If we change the price, we will notify you at least 90 days in advance. Price changes apply only to new and renewed subscriptions, not to active verified periods already paid for.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, and others) are calculated automatically based on your location and added at checkout. By completing payment, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Aiprobase profiles are intentionally open for indexing. The following are explicitly permitted:

The Aiprobase platform, including its design, code, and non-user-generated content, is owned by AIPROBASE LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Profile content belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the information you publish.
Platform availability: We aim to keep Aiprobase available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.
Accuracy of indexed data: Once your profile is indexed by third-party search engines or AI platforms, we have no control over how or when that data is updated or removed. We are not responsible for how third parties use, display, or interpret your profile data.
Verification disclaimer: A Verified badge confirms registration status only. It is not a guarantee of service quality, business reliability, or legal compliance beyond registration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPROBASE LTD shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You may delete your profile at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, your profile is removed from the platform within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your profile without notice if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in activity that harms the platform or its users. In cases of serious violation, no refund will be issued.
On termination, your licence to use the platform ends. Your profile data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We cannot remove data already indexed by third-party systems.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
