When you create a profile, you provide information you choose to publish. This may include your business or personal name, professional title and description, address and location, contact details (email, phone, website), services and pricing, working hours, social media links, certifications, team members, and FAQ content.
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You explicitly choose what to publish and confirm publication.
Important: Profile data is public by design. Once published, it is accessible to anyone — including search engines, AI crawlers, and third-party systems. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you publish.
Your registration email is used only for account management: sending magic links for profile editing, renewal reminders, and account notifications. It is never published on your profile and never appears in any public-facing format (JSON-LD, Markdown, HTML, llms.txt).

If you purchase a Verified profile, we verify your business registration number against publicly available official registries. We do not collect or store copies of identity documents.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We do not receive, process, or store your card details or billing information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers which may be located outside the UK/EU. Google processes this data under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Profile data is public — it is accessible to anyone who visits your profile URL, including search engines and AI crawlers. This is the core function of the platform.

When you delete your profile, your profile URL returns HTTP 410 (Gone) — a signal to search engines and AI crawlers that the page has been permanently removed. Your profile is removed from our sitemap immediately and your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Important limitation: We cannot control or remove copies of your profile data that have already been indexed by third-party search engines, AI platforms, or other services that crawled your profile while it was live. If you need removal from a specific platform, you must contact that platform directly.
Right to access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — Correct inaccurate data. You can update your profile at any time via magic link.
Right to erasure — Request deletion of your profile and all associated personal data.
Right to restrict processing — Request that we pause processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Right to data portability — Export your profile data in JSON format from your dashboard.
Right to object — Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Right to withdraw consent — Withdraw cookie consent at any time via cookie settings. This does not affect processing already carried out.

Our service is available to individuals aged 18 and over. By creating an account or profile, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: all data is transmitted over HTTPS, data is stored on servers located in the EU (Hetzner Nuremberg), and access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
