The Verified profile fee ($25/year) covers manual verification of your business by our team — via official registries or your documented online presence. Because this is a service that begins immediately after payment, refunds are not available as a general rule.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. By completing payment, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and refund policies.
Verification begins immediately after payment. Refunds still apply if we make an error, a technical fault occurs, or you're charged twice — see Section 2.
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
Verification rejected due to our error — if your profile was rejected because of a mistake on our part (for example, an incorrect check against a public registry), we will refund the fee in full and invite you to resubmit at no charge.
Technical failure — if a technical issue prevented your payment from being processed correctly but the charge was still applied, we will refund the full amount.
Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same profile, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Verification rejected due to inaccurate information — if your profile was rejected because the information you provided was false, incomplete, or could not be verified against public records or your documented online presence, no refund will be issued. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data before submitting for verification.
Change of mind after verification — if your profile has been successfully verified, the service has been fully delivered and no refund is available.
Change of mind before verification is complete — the verification process begins immediately after payment. We cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations made after payment, even if verification has not yet been completed.
Profile removed for Terms of Service violations — if your profile is removed because it violates our Terms of Service (false information, prohibited content, or fraudulent activity), no refund will be issued.
Auto-renewal charges — renewal charges are processed automatically and are not refundable after the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, contact us within 14 days of the charge:
Include your registration email and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your profile and any future profiles associated with your details.
We encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.
